Lesson- Destroying Your Fears and Finding Your Queen Power

Project- create your new queen identity

On week 1, every queen will meet and introduce themselves to new girls around the world and begin to form friendships with like-minded girls. Every Queen will then write down any fears they have that have limited them from becoming the queen they truly are. Whether it is not being enough or the fear of being judged, every girl will write down their limiting beliefs and destroy them by tuning in to the queen she really is. Every Queen will write down the full expression of who they truly are and fully tune into it while destroying all of their limiting beliefs through an Activity led by kailey.

A Queen's Miracle Mindset

Lesson- how to Speak to Yourself Kindly

Project- Affirmations and new questions

The questions we ask ourselves, lead to the thoughts we Think, which leads to the way we feel inside. Your queen will learn how to change her mindset by asking herself different questions. She will learn the strongest form of affirmations by understanding how to think differently and therefore control her emotions. Each queen will identify with questions such as how can I help someone else today? How can I be more confident right now? How can I be a better person? By implementing these questions into her mindset she will learn to embody the queen she really is.

Project- Create a project to give to your community or a cause of your choice

Life is meaningful when we give back. Your queen will learn the value of giving whether it is a compliment, a meal, or a donation to help the environment. Every queen will identify a cause that means the most to them and create a project they will commit to complete before the end of the course.

Project- Group Acting Game (Girls Will Get Into Groups And Practice Handling Negative People And Not Letting It Affect Them)

As a young woman, judgmental comments and bullies are likely to come along their life journey. By understanding that negative people and negative comments are not personal, only a projection of an unhappy person, your queen will learn to stop caring what other people think. Positive people encourage others and any negativity is simply someone your queen will learn to wish the best for rather than be negatively affected by.

Project- Create the Leader you want to be and how other people view her

It is important that your queen learns she is unique by making the choice to be positive and confident and an often negative world. To keep her confidence high, your queen will learn that her confidence cannot be brought down and instead her leadership will inspire other girls in her community to stay confident. Leadership is a necessity to ensure she will remain confident despite any negative surroundings.

Project- Promise to Self Letter, Decorate Your confidence degree

On Week 6, 👑 Your Queen 👑 will take everything She has learned and share her biggest takeaways that she will continue applying to her life. then, she will create a letter to her future self promising she will continue to be a confident leader and inspire other young women in her community to be confident leaders too. Finally, she will refer to the confidence degree in her PDF pack and decorate her Kailey's Queens confidence degree.

What activities take place at Kailey’s Queens Confidence Courses?

Each Course will include 6 Weeks of different lessons covering all of the keys to confidence. The girls will interact with kailey and also in breakout Rooms.

What is the purpose of Kailey’s Queens Confidence Course?

Our Confidence course is a live, online social and Empowering experience for girls 9-15 to build confidence and make genuine friendships around the world. Each girl will leave this course with increased confidence, social skills, and friends from all around the world.

What time is class?

class is every sunday from January 9th to February 13th. The time of course varies depending on the age of your queen.

Are age groups split? How many girls are in each camp?

Yes. Each class will have 15-25 girls in the same age group. This creates an intimate experience for every girl to get to know girls their age. Each group works directly with Kailey throughout the entire course.

How much parent involvement is needed?

No Parent involvement is needed. Our goal is for every queen to independently finish the course.

Is each week of the course different?

Yes, each week of the course has different Lessons, empowering talks, and Activities!
